In Kharkiv, power engineers have developed a plan to restore power supply, which consists of two successive stages. The first priority is to provide power to critical facilities. According to him, Kharkiv's critical infrastructure and about 30-40% of household consumers are powered.

According to Kudrytskyi, after the power is restored to the priority facilities, the second stage will begin, which involves restoring the standard power supply scheme in the city. According to preliminary estimates, this will take several days.
He warned that certain power supply restrictions in Kharkiv may remain in place over the weekend and possibly for several more days.
Minor power cuts also remain in effect in Khmelnytsky and Odesa regions.
In other regions, outage schedules are not expected to be introduced, although we should be prepared for their use.
Consumption traditionally drops on weekends, so it will be easier for us to cover it. Nevertheless, given the scale of the damage, we should really be prepared for some small restrictions. But we are not planning them yet
