A Ukrainian American-made F-16 fighter jet has for the first time destroyed a Russian fighter jet in the air, reported the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, US General Dan Caine, during a speech before the Senate Appropriations Committee on July 21, writes UNN.
