The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted a decision that will allow attracting $4.8 billion from the World Bank. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal following a government meeting on Friday on Telegram, UNN reports.

"Ukraine will receive $4.8 billion from the World Bank. Today we have made a decision that will allow us to attract these funds under the PEACE project. This is aid funded by the United States and development partners," Shmyhal wrote.
He noted that this support will be directed to key social and humanitarian programs.
"Since the start of the full-scale invasion, the government has already attracted more than $100 billion in external financing," Shmyhal said.
