Ukraine today received a new version of the mineral agreement from the United States, which differs from the previous document. Ukraine does not plan to recognize military assistance from the United States as a debt under the agreement. This was stated by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a briefing, reports UNN.
I would like to note that the official Ukrainian side, namely the Cabinet of Ministers, namely my Office, today officially received a version or proposal from the United States by note. He noted that Ukraine wants to receive a concrete review of the agreement at the highest level.
I will accept the agreement that our side officially received. The format has been changed. Let's study this format and talk.
