Ukraine has initiated a signal to the Hungarian side about its readiness for political dialogue and top-level contacts. This was stated by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha during his speech at the Antalya Diplomatic Forum for ADF Talks, UNN reports.
