Acting Minister of Defense of Ukraine Yevhenii Khmara stated that the goal of strikes on Russian infrastructure is to achieve a cost-to-damage ratio of 2%. This approach allows for efficient use of resources and inflicting significant losses on the enemy.

Ukraine is building long-range operations in such a way that the costs of conducting them are significantly lower than the damage they inflict on Russia. Acting Minister of Defense of Ukraine Yevhenii Khmara stated this in an interview with American blogger Lori Loomer, reports UNN.

According to Khmara, strikes on Russian oil infrastructure and the use of drones have both economic and military effects.

The goal is for the cost of our strikes to be approximately 2% of the damage they inflict on Russia

- he noted.

According to the head of the defense ministry, it is this approach that allows for the most efficient use of resources and inflicts significantly greater losses on the enemy.
