It is noted that a commission must convene to consider her motion regarding the transfer of the case proceedings to the Kyiv Court of Appeal.
The motion is considered within five days. The next hearing will take place on July 7.

According to the SAPO, "despite the exposure by NABU and SAPO in December 2025 of facts regarding the receipt of improper benefits by People's Deputies of Ukraine for making decisions on draft laws in parliament, the accused initiated negotiations with certain People's Deputies regarding the introduction of a systemic mechanism for providing improper benefits in exchange for loyal behavior during voting."
As indicated by the SAPO, "this was not about one-off agreements, but about a regular cooperation mechanism that involved advance payments and was designed for a long-term period."
"The People's Deputies were to receive instructions on how to vote, and in some cases, on abstaining or not participating in the vote," the SAPO stated.
In January 2026, the leader of the parliamentary faction was notified of suspicion under Part 4 of Art. 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of five to ten years with or without confiscation of property.
