"Anyone who communicates with the press, even in the background or unofficially, will be found and immediately dismissed. Refrain from commenting, speculating, posting on social media, etc. Complete and utter isolation," the TV channel quoted the message as saying.
Blair also urged his subordinates to be extremely cautious about their personal safety.
