Tomorrow, April 13, has been declared a Day of Mourning in Mykolaiv region for the victims of the Russian missile attack on Mykolaiv on April 11, which killed five people. UNN reports this with reference to the Mykolaiv RMA. 

"April 13 has been declared a Day of Mourning in Mykolaiv region for the victims of the Russian missile attack on the city of Mykolaiv," the RMA said in a statement. 

To honor the victims of the Russian missile attack, the State Flag of Ukraine will reportedly be at half-mast on the Day of Mourning throughout the region. 

Heads of enterprises, institutions and organizations, regardless of ownership, are advised to cancel concert and entertainment events. Heads of TV and radio companies have been asked to make changes to TV and radio programs.

Recall 

The death toll from the missile attack on Mykolaiv has risen to five. Today, April 12, a 37-year-old man died in hospital after being seriously injured. So far, five civilians have been killed. 4 people were injured.
