July 31 is the last day when Ukrainians can use the accumulated funds on the card of the "National Cashback" program. From August 1, the unused balance will be returned to the state budget. This was reported by Diia, UNN reports.

The app reminded that the accumulated cashback can be used to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine and charitable foundations, pay utility bills for oneself or relatives, purchase Ukrainian books, food, and medicines in stores and pharmacies participating in the program, as well as pay for postal services.
Diia urged not to postpone the use of the accumulated funds, as after the end of the day, the unused balance will be returned to the state budget.

The coordinator of the "National Cashback" program is the Ministry of Economy and Environment of Ukraine. The Ministry of Digital Transformation, the State Tax Service, Oschadbank, and authorized banks are also involved in its implementation, and international payment systems Mastercard and Visa act as technological partners.
