According to the information, the stories appeared on behalf of Ukrainian media.
According to the information provided, users are invited to submit an "application" for assistance by clicking on the link in the description below the video.
However, it turned out that these stories were completely fake and generated by artificial intelligence. Law No. 3386 on this payment does not exist.
Thus, this information deception is aimed at increasing the reach of anonymous TG channels, which are mentioned in the description under the video.
