The Rivne Regional TCC and JV reacted to the statements of the head of the Second Department of the Dubno District TCC and JV Yuriy Kovalyuk, who recently stated that commanders "lay down" soldiers in battalions to get a medal, noting that statements made in the fourth year of the full-scale war do not contribute to strengthening the defense capability of the state, reports UNN.
Some media outlets are spreading information about the subjective statements of the head of the Second Department of the Dubno District TCC and JV Yuriy Kovalyuk. The latter, on his own initiative, published evaluative judgments regarding mobilization measures, "moral fatigue" of personnel and allegedly "negligent attitude" to "human resources" in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. These statements, made in the fourth year of the full-scale war, do not contribute to strengthening the defense capability of the state
The TCC noted that Yuriy Kovalyuk's reflections could have been influenced by personal circumstances or fatigue from service, and other motives are also excluded.
The Rivne Regional Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center emphasizes its openness to public dialogue, the proper level of interaction with personnel

And my son graduated from Lviv University of Trade and Economics this year. And now he is waiting for his fiancée to graduate in six months. Well, I won't let him go. I won't let him go to the army, that's enough. My son is 22 years old
