An explosion was heard in Kharkiv, the city's mayor Igor Terekhov said on Sunday, reports UNN.
"An explosion was heard in Kharkiv. Be careful!!!" Terekhov wrote on Telegram.
Earlier, the Air Force warned of the threat of ballistic missile attacks from the east.
