The decision was made by the Kiev Defense Council.
Changes to this decision can only be made if the security situation in the capital significantly improves. In other words, for changes, you need to get recommendations from the State Emergency Service.
It is indicated that the decision to restrict traffic over bridges during an Air Alert is made exclusively by the command of the group of forces and means of defense of Kiev. At the same time, the city council and its bodies do not have the authority to change this decision.
