The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the annual report on the implementation of the law "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2024." The report will be submitted to the Verkhovna Rada, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and the Accounting Chamber. This was announced by the government representative in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk in Telegram, reports UNN.
The annual report on the implementation of the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2024" has been approved. A decision was made to submit the specified annual report to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the President of Ukraine, and the Accounting Chamber.
Addition
According to the Law "On the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine," the annual report on the implementation of the Law on the State Budget of Ukraine is submitted by the government to the Verkhovna Rada, the President of Ukraine, and the Accounting Chamber no later than April 1 of the year following the reporting year.
Consideration in Parliament of the annual report on the implementation of the law on the state budget is considered out of turn without voting.
