Statements by the Russian side about the alleged formation of a "cauldron" in the area of Velykyi Burluk in Kharkiv region do not correspond to reality. Russian military personnel are using the tactic of infiltration by small groups to create a propaganda picture, but there is no question of control over the territory. The corps noted that recently Russian propaganda has intensified its information campaign in the Vovchansk direction, trying to create the illusion of significant successes at the front.

The military explained that individual Russian soldiers can indeed penetrate several kilometers deep into the Ukrainian defense, but they do not control the territory.
"The tactic of small infantry groups allows individual soldiers of the Russian Armed Forces to infiltrate several kilometers deep, where they hide in forests. There is no question of any control over the territory. Their task is to await reinforcements, and the fact of the presence of individual Russian servicemen is used by the command of the Russian Armed Forces for propaganda purposes,"
According to Ukrainian military intelligence, the command of the 44th Army Corps of the Russian Armed Forces has formed special groups that are supposed to penetrate the rear, avoid battles, and plant Russian flags to create the illusion of capturing territory.
Also, the corps reported that from July 14 to July 24, in the section from Zybine to Dehtyarne, Russian troops lost 94 servicemen killed and 69 wounded. In addition, 23 units of automotive equipment, five artillery systems were destroyed, and four tanks were hit.
The press service emphasized that Ukrainian units did not allow any loss of positions and continue to conduct maneuver defense.
