The Armed Forces of Ukraine have launched an official investigation into the detention of servicemen from the notification groups of the Peresyp Raion Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center (RTCC and SP) in Odesa by employees of the Internal Security Department of the Security Service of Ukraine. This was reported by UNN with reference to the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

By decision of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, the head of the Odesa Regional Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center, as well as the head of the Peresyp Raion Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center, were suspended from their official duties.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine also instructed the head of the Main Directorate of the Military Law Enforcement Service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to conduct an official investigation into this incident.
Context
On Tuesday, April 21, in Odesa, a detention occurred with shooting and pursuit involving SBU officers. Later it became known that TCC employees were detained.
According to media reports, the detainees were employees of the Peresyp Raion Territorial Recruitment Center. They were found to have bats, brass knuckles, and foreign currency.
They allegedly demanded 30,000 dollars from a man with a deferment and the status of a combatant. If he did not bring them this money, they threatened him with mobilization.
SBU officers detained the TCC employees when they dragged the man, from whom they demanded money, into a minivan and threatened to beat him if he did not immediately hand over the money.

The Odesa Regional TCC and SP confirmed the fact of the detention of servicemen from the Peresyp RTCC and SP. Weapons and foreign currency were seized from the suspects.
