Representatives of the Russian law enforcement agencies "in the shortest possible time identified the attacker who carried out the car bombing in the north of Moscow". FSB officers handed over the suspect to investigators of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (ICR) for further investigative actions in the criminal case initiated under part 2 of article 105 (attempted murder) and part 1 of article 222.1 of the Criminal Code (illegal trafficking in explosive devices).
