Wind gusts of up to 15-20 m/s and ice cover are forecast for Kyiv at night on December 16, and strong winds with gusts of 25-28 m/s during the day.
According to the Ukrainian Weather Center, the weather in the capital will be cloudy tomorrow. Light wet snow is expected at night, and moderate snow with rain during the day. The air temperature at night will be around 0°, during the day +3° to +5°.
Experts advise closing windows during strong winds, removing objects that could fall from balconies and loggias, avoiding proximity to advertising structures, power lines, large trees, and not leaving cars near them.
Drivers are advised to maintain a safe distance and be especially careful on the roads, and pedestrians are advised to move carefully and use flickers at night for better visibility.
