The document, dated March 23, sent by the American side states that it concerns the extraction of all minerals throughout Ukraine, by both state and private companies, and the agreement will be managed by 5 people: 3 of them from the United States with full veto power.

Well, keep the inside information about the mineral agreement
Zheleznyak said that yesterday, March 26, he received the relevant document from Ukrainian government officials.
According to my information, these 58 pages, which I read all evening, are dated March 23 and were allegedly sent to us by the American side as a new draft agreement on minerals.
Zheleznyak hopes that since the document is not final, the Ukrainian side will demand and achieve significant changes to it.
According to Zheleznyak, the document has 18 sections, the agreement contains the following points:
- management of 5 people, 3 of them from the USA with full veto power;
- we are already talking about all minerals. Both new and existing. That is, there is oil and gas there.
- throughout Ukraine;
- we are talking about extraction by both state and private companies;
- money is immediately converted into currency;
- the fund's money is withdrawn abroad.
If something doesn't arrive for some reason on our side, we pay extra
- US contribution - assistance already provided to us since 2022. Americans may receive profit at their own discretion. And they receive "royalties" from the Fund first (and then Ukraine) +4%;
- the agreement is valid indefinitely, changes or termination of the agreement are possible only with the permission of the Americans;
- rights of "first night" on all new infrastructure projects and the right to veto the sale of resources to other countries;
Nothing about security guarantees. Not even hints.
"That's not all. There's a lot of legal text there. And it's all like that..." - explained the first deputy chairman of the Committee on Finance, Taxation and Customs Policy.
This is the text that, according to my information (which is very similar to what was written before and in the "Mirror of the Week"), was sent to us on the weekend. And it can and should be changed. Otherwise, I can't imagine how it can be ratified by the Parliament.

Earlier, UNN wrote that the US offered Ukraine a new version of the agreement on minerals, which provides for ratification in the Verkhovna Rada. Zelenskyy said that he had asked to deal with the details of the agreement.
