At the final stage of the special operation, both criminals were detained in their own homes. During the search, the SBU seized their cell phones, which they used to communicate with the occupiers.
SBU investigators have now served the senior Russian agent a notice of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (high treason committed under martial law).
The actions of his accomplice are classified under Part 2 of Article 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (unauthorized dissemination of information about the movement, movement or location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine if they can be identified on the ground).They face from 8 years in prison to life imprisonment.
