Russian troops attacked the border of Chernihiv region yesterday. 39 explosions were recorded in 3 communities, mortars, artillery and drones were used, the Northern Regional Office of the State Border Guard Service reported on Tuesday, UNN reports.

"During the day, Russian troops attacked the border of Chernihiv region with 120-mm mortars, FPV drones and cannon artillery. 39 explosions were recorded," the regional office of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine wrote on Facebook and listed them:
- Novhorod-Siverska community: 7 explosions (probably from a 120-mm mortar and a UAV) in the direction of Pushkari, Vorobivka and Hremyach.
- Semenivka community: 27 explosions (arrival, possibly UAVs, mortars and cannon artillery) in the localities of Karpovychi, Bleshnya, Arkhipivka and Hat.
- Snovska community: 5 explosions (probably from a 120-mm mortar) in the direction of Klyusy village.
There is no information on deaths or injuries among the local population as a result of shelling.
