As a result of Russian shelling, two people were killed and two others injured in the village of Sofiivka, part of the Kramatorsk community in Donetsk region. The enemy strike damaged 141 private houses, UNN reports, citing the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

During emergency rescue operations, rescuers recovered a person's body from beneath the rubble of a private house. They dismantled about 2 tonnes of building structures.
The shelling caused three fires. Firefighters extinguished a fire in an outbuilding and also contained a fire involving a private house and two civilian vehicles, as well as damaged structural elements of the private house. However, due to the threat of repeated shelling, firefighting had to be suspended
