According to the Ukrainian Air Force, on the night of December 27 (from 19.00 on December 26), the enemy launched two Iskander-M ballistic missiles from Voronezh and Kursk regions, and attacked with 24 Shahed attack UAVs and other types of drones from the directions of Orel, Bryansk, and Millerovo.
The air attack was repelled by anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Air Force and Defense Forces.
As of 09.00, 13 Shahed attack UAVs and other types of imitator drones were confirmed downed in Poltava, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Dnipro and Donetsk regions. Due to active counteraction of the Ukrainian Defense Forces, 11 enemy imitator UAVs were lost locally (no negative consequences)
