"In Kyiv, sapper divers of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine found and removed the safe remnants of a Russian strategic air-to-ground cruise missile X-101, which remained in one of the ponds after previous enemy shelling of the city," the SES said on social media.
They were reportedly transported to a special landfill for further destruction by controlled explosion.
"After Russian attacks with missiles or kamikaze drones, dangerous remnants may remain on the ground and in water bodies. Do not touch them under any circumstances! Immediately report the discovery of a suspicious object to 101 and wait for the arrival of specialists," the SES emphasized.
