New statements by Russian dictator Vladimir Putin about the "stable state" of the Russian economy simultaneously amuse and shock Russians: when the real consequences of the war have become obvious to everyone, the dictator resorts to petty manipulations with numbers to paint at least some positivity where there has been none for a long time.
