In Kherson region, one person was killed and five wounded in the last day due to shelling by Russian troops, and a policeman was injured when his car hit a mine, the National Police reported on Monday, UNN reports.

"Near Tyahynka, the Russian military dropped explosives from a UAV on a civilian car. The impact killed a 55-year-old man," the police said.

The enemy reportedly attacked Stanislav from a drone. A 40-year-old local resident sustained a mine-blast injury, contusion and a gunshot shrapnel wound to her leg. The Russian army also shelled Stanislav with artillery, and two private houses were damaged.

As a result of repeated artillery shelling of Bilozerka, a private house and three apartment buildings were damaged.

"Also in Bilozerka, a police vehicle hit an anti-personnel landmine. The explosion damaged a wheel. Fortunately, the police officers were not injured," the police said.

A garage in Novoberislav and a private house in Tomaryne were reportedly damaged by UAV explosive device drops.

Russian army shelled Dniprovsky district of Kherson with artillery. A 62-year-old man was injured. The shells damaged two private houses and two cars. Another vehicle and a private house were damaged by a drone attack.

Korabelnyi district was also under enemy artillery fire.

"The Russian military attacked Antonivka, a suburb of Kherson, with a drone. A married couple was injured: a 62-year-old man suffered explosive trauma and shrapnel wounds to his legs, and his 61-year-old wife had explosive trauma, contusion and leg fractures," law enforcement officials said.

"Also, during the evacuation of wounded civilians from Antonivka, patrol police officers in a police car hit an anti-personnel mine. The detonation damaged a wheel. A 32-year-old patrol police officer was injured, his life is not in danger," the police said.
