In Ukraine, 25,000 families have already purchased their own homes under the state program "eOselia", the total financing of which exceeded 43.5 billion hryvnias. The program not only provides housing for thousands of families but also stimulates the economy and the development of the construction industry. This was reported by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, writes UNN.
25,000 Ukrainian families have already purchased housing under the eOselia program. Now 15.8 thousand Ukrainian children are growing up in their own homes
The total financing of the program exceeded 43.5 billion hryvnias:
- 48% of borrowers are military personnel and security sector representatives;
- 27% are Ukrainians without their own housing;
- 7% each are medical workers, teachers, and internally displaced persons;
- 2% each are veterans and scientists.
The largest number of loans were issued in Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast (49.4%), as well as in Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Vinnytsia Oblasts.
Oselia works both as a tool for social support and as a driver for the development of construction and related industries within the framework of the "Made in Ukraine" policy. Every hryvnia invested returns almost three times to the economy.
