"A conscious genocidal component is a necessary condition for maintaining the bloodthirstiness of the Russian world at the highest level ", - said Podolyak.
Thirdly, a "deal", "freeze", or "ceasefire" is possible only on "Putin's terms". And these conditions are simple: "Russia will be rampaging wherever and whenever it wants, will take control of any territory it wants, will slaughter and/or dismember local residents...", Podoliak added.
