The Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Dmytro Lubinets, submitted an electronic declaration in which he indicated that in 2024 he received a salary of UAH 1,220,969. The relevant data are posted in the official's electronic declaration, UNN reports.

Last year, Lubinets received UAH 1,220,969 in salary from the Secretariat of the VR Commissioner for Human Rights and UAH 25,160 from Mariupol State University. The declaration also indicates UAH 1,100,000 in income from the sale of movable property.
According to the declaration, the Ukrainian Ombudsman owns a residential building in the city of Volnovakha (Donetsk region) with an area of 64.5 m², purchased in 2009 for UAH 19,024. And also, a garage in Volnovakha, purchased in 2006 for UAH 1,000. In addition, Lubinets' declaration includes a non-residential premises with an area of 1,396.5 m² in Volnovakha.
Lubinets also owns several land plots in Volnovakha:
- 888 m²;
- 20,000 m², purchased for UAH 43,757;
- 920 m²;
- 2,504 m² (joint ownership, 50%), purchased for UAH 41,126.
The declaration states that Lubinets owns a 2016 Renault Trafic car, purchased in 2018 for UAH 250,510.
The Ombudsman declared cash savings of 90,476 dollars and 100,000 UAH, as well as funds in bank accounts - 70,712 dollars and 79,448 UAH.
