The occupation administration in the temporarily occupied Kherson region continues to tighten security measures for its own officials. Thus, employees of the occupation administrations have begun to receive military-grade body armor used by Russian security forces. This is reported by the Center for National Resistance of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (CNR), informs UNN.

It is noted that, despite claims of "protection of civilians," such personal protective equipment actually makes representatives of the occupation administration outwardly resemble military personnel.

"This once again demonstrates that even for its own representatives in the temporarily occupied territories, Russia does not guarantee safety, instead forcing them to work in conditions where civilian and military functions are deliberately mixed, creating additional risks for everyone in the occupation zone," summarize in the CNR.
