Occupants attacked the city of Kupyansk, one man was killed. This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv RMA, Oleh Syniehubov, UNN reports.
"One civilian was killed, another was hospitalized in a medical institution in a serious condition. These persons are being identified," said Synehubov.
According to him, the Russian army struck the residential sector, damaging residential buildings. Emergency services are working at the scene.
