In the middle of the day, the russian military fired two missiles at the city of Balakliia in the Izium district.
As a result of the shelling, a 59-year-old man who was in a parked car was killed.
Four women and two men sustained injuries of varying severity. All victims are receiving medical assistance.
Private houses, a hospital building, shops, and cars were damaged.
Police officers and other specialized services arrived at the scene. Law enforcement officers are providing assistance to the victims and documenting the consequences of the war crime.
In connection with this incident, investigators have opened criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Article 438 (war crimes) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
