Russia's Permanent Representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, stated that the Kremlin will not agree to a peace deal without the fulfillment of its key demands toward Ukraine. He made this statement during a briefing, according to UNN.

According to Nebenzya, Moscow insists on Ukraine's refusal to join NATO and a change in the state's domestic policy. He also repeated the Kremlin's traditional accusations regarding the "threat to Russia," the "neo-Nazi nature of the regime," and the "persecution of the Russian-speaking population."
The Russian diplomat effectively made it clear that Moscow is not ready for negotiations without the fulfillment of these conditions, which the RF has been putting forward since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.
