The "Army+" app has launched a course titled "Mutual Aid in Crisis Situations." This was reported by UNN with reference to a statement by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Details
It is noted that the new course will help military personnel better understand the signs of a crisis state, correctly support those around them, and act in difficult life situations.
The five modules cover:
- how to notice warning signs and risk factors;
- how to start a difficult conversation;
- why it is important to speak directly and without judgment;
- when it is necessary to involve specialists;
- how to support yourself while helping others.
"The lessons are built on practical examples: from conversations with fellow soldiers to supporting wounded military personnel or loved ones in crisis," the General Staff explained.
Recall
A new survey on foreign language proficiency and experience using them in service has begun in the "Army+" app.
