“Donald Trump's phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Wednesday included two surprises: Elon Musk was also on the line, and Zelenskiy was somewhat reassured by what he heard from the president-elect,” the newspaper writes, citing sources.
The conversation between Trump and Zelensky lasted about 25 minutes. Zelenskyy congratulated Trump, and the president-elect said he would support Ukraine, but did not go into details.
“Zelenskiy felt that the conversation went well and that it did not increase his concerns about Trump's victory. It did not leave Zelensky with a sense of despair,” the source said.
During the conversation, Musk also said that he would continue to support Ukraine with Starlink satellites.
