As the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported, during today's massive attack, 64 people were rescued.

In Kyiv, according to his data, about 30 residential buildings were significantly damaged. "In the Podilskyi district, a missile strike destroyed part of an entrance. Unfortunately, 5 people died, over 30 were injured. In the Darnytskyi district, a missile hit a courtyard between buildings. Here, the attack claimed the lives of 6 residents. Among the 28 rescued people are two 4-year-old children. Rescuers continue to clear the rubble," he noted.

The situation is difficult in Kyiv region, where as a result of the shelling, 3 people have died as of now. In Vyshneve, due to the threat of repeated detonation, we have begun evacuating residents from the dangerous area. More than 500 people have already been temporarily evacuated until the completion of cleanup operations. We are also inspecting damaged private houses to ensure no victim is missed

The minister stated:

In total, the Russian strike on Kyiv and the region has already claimed the lives of 14 people. Identification of the deceased is ongoing. Nearly 60 more residents have been injured, including 5 children. Everyone is receiving necessary assistance 

"Due to the danger to rescuers, we have deployed robotic equipment and aviation. Canine units and pyrotechnicians are also working at the sites. Police and State Emergency Service psychologists have already provided assistance to over 100 citizens. In the Darnytskyi and Podilskyi districts of the capital, mobile service centers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs have begun operating - victims will be able to restore lost documents free of charge or scrap vehicles destroyed by shelling," noted the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
