Fire extinguished at a civilian facility in Sumy after a Russian attack. During the firefighting efforts, the enemy launched a second strike; rescuers were not injured.

In Sumy, rescuers have extinguished a large-scale fire that broke out as a result of another Russian attack on a civilian infrastructure facility. This was reported by the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Oleh Hryhorov, according to UNN.

Details

According to him, the facility suffered significant destruction as a result of the strike. A large-scale fire also broke out, with the flames engulfing vehicles.

The fire load was extremely high, which significantly complicated the work of the rescuers

– Hryhorov noted.

During the cleanup operations, Russian troops launched a repeat strike on the same location.

State Emergency Service employees were not injured. The fire has been extinguished

– the head of the Regional Military Administration reported.
