The Kyiv Commercial Court has recognized as illegal the ownership of almost 2.5 hectares of land in the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv. According to the agency's press service, the state has been returned “a land plot with a property complex in the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv worth more than UAH 300 million.
Earlier, according to the Ministry of Defense , the area was planned to be built up with apartment buildings . The premises with an area of more than 6,500 square meters were used by businessmen to make a profit. In addition, it is noted that cases of “illegal seizure of military facilities and defense land are not uncommon”.
