According to the agency's interlocutors, the strikes targeted southern and eastern regions of Lebanon. The Lebanese National News Agency reported that at least 10 people, including women and children, were killed in an attack on the town of Burj al-Shemali.

Some of the strikes also hit areas near the medieval Beaufort Castle and the Qaraoun Dam, the country's largest reservoir.
