In Dnipro, a man who raped and strangled an 11-year-old boy has been served with a notice of suspicion; a motion is being prepared to select a preventive measure in the form of detention, UNN reports with reference to the Prosecutor General's Office.
The detainee has been notified of suspicion under paragraphs 2, 10, 13 of part 2 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (intentional murder of a young child) and part 6 of Art. 152 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (rape)
As reported by the Prosecutor General's Office, a motion is being prepared to select a preventive measure for him in the form of detention.
