The IAEA experts witnessed strong dark smoke from the northern part of the ZNPP after numerous explosions that occurred in the evening. This was reported on the IAEA social network, UNN reports .

"The ZNPP team reported a suspected drone attack today on one of the cooling towers located at the site. No nuclear safety impact was reported," the IAEA said.
