The Head of the President's Office, Kyrylo Budanov, believes that the actions of US President Donald Trump are maximally consistent and that he is acting according to a pre-prepared plan. Budanov said this during a meeting with students at the Kyiv School of Economics, UNN reports.

"His actions are maximally consistent. Six months before his term, a programmatic document was developed for him - it contained, as I remember now, 838 pages," Budanov said.
He emphasized that everything he does was clearly described, calculated, and explained - for what and why.
"He is clearly following this course," Budanov added.
