Belarusian media published video footage in which a German man sentenced to death in Belarus confessed to planning a terrorist attack and was convicted of “terrorism” and “mercenarism.” The man said that he had photographed military facilities in Belarus last October at the request of the Ukrainian secret service and had also set up an explosive device on a railroad track near the Belarusian capital Minsk.
