New strikes have been recorded in a number of regions in the Russian Federation, including in Udmurtia. It was also loud in the temporarily occupied Crimea, and there were power outages. This is reported by monitoring resources, writes UNN.

Head of the Center for the Study of Occupation Petro Andriushchenko also noted:
- Rostov-on-Don. The port and railway infrastructure were attacked at night. According to local authorities, the Railway, Proletarsky and Leninsky districts of the city were damaged;
- Mariupol. Between 00:30 and 02:40, Russian air defense shot down drones over the city. Consequences from falling debris in the Prymorskyi district;
- Penza. In the morning, the closed joint-stock company "Penza Plant of Automotive Components" (GPZ-24) was attacked. The consequences require clarification;
- Taganrog. Was under attack in the morning;
- Yaroslavl Oblast. Due to a UAV attack, the exit towards Moscow was blocked;
- Sarapul, Udmurtia. Fire near an oil depot after a drone attack.
As reported by the monitoring Telegram channel "Crimean Wind", after strikes in the temporarily occupied Crimea, there were power outages.
"Subscribers report: at 02:19-02:20 in Simferopol, the lights began to flicker; at 02:21, the lights went out completely in Simferopol and Sevastopol (possibly in other cities of Crimea as well, but we received no reports); there were no explosions before the power outage in Simferopol and Sevastopol; as of 6 a.m., the power had not been restored," stated "Crimean Wind" in the morning.
Later, they reported that "a fire was noted at a main electrical substation in Bakhchysarai. The 'Bakhchysarai' substation of 220 kV with open switchgears of 220, 110 and 35 kV is burning. Purpose - transmission and distribution of electrical energy, power supply to local networks through open switchgears (OSG) and overhead lines." "Also, fire signatures in Bakhchysarai were noted on the territory of warehouses of the 133rd MTO brigade (military unit 73998)," the message says.
"A fire was noted at a Russian air defense position on Mount Khroni near the village of Hlazivka near Kerch," also reported "Crimean Wind" citing satellite imagery data.
"At night in Kerch it was loud, starting from 23:00 - there were bangs, drone flyovers and shooting from the MVD, towards morning there were explosions and shooting from 5 to 6 a.m.," also stated "Crimean Wind".
In addition to power outages, interruptions in water supply are also reported.
