Ukrainian military personnel are undergoing training on Mirage 2000-5F fighter jets with the participation of aviators from the French Air and Space Force as part of the EU mission. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, writes UNN.

According to the General Staff, the training includes air combat and aircraft maintenance. The training is part of the European Union Military Assistance Mission in support of Ukraine (EUMAM Ukraine).

France is one of Ukraine's key partners in the defense sector. According to information, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, almost 15,000 Ukrainian military personnel have been trained as part of EUMAM Ukraine.
