RMF FM received information that it was a Ukrainian who had been committing crimes in Poland for a long time and hiding the corpses in a high-rise building. The same building houses a shelter for the homeless.

Journalists report that investigators have not yet been able to find out the cause and motives for the killings. But it could be a case of conflicts between Polish and Ukrainian homeless people.

Police began finding the bodies on Sunday, April 7. The killer buried two victims in the yard, hid one body in the attic, and another in an empty apartment. Police interviewed seven witnesses and then detained a Ukrainian man suspected of the murders.

Warsaw police detained seven people. It was their testimony that formed the basis of the Ukrainian's accusation of the murders. All the detainees will be involved in the case as witnesses.
