Following the example of Kharkiv, Kherson has developed a plan to build an underground school. The location of the school has already been determined, and the construction period is expected to be 6 to 9 months. According to UNN, this was announced at a meeting with the Minister of Education Oksen Lisovyi by the head of the Kherson City Military Administration Roman Mrochko.

According to the report, the meeting discussed the components of the educational process, including the safety of children. According to Mrochko, he reported to the minister on the plans of the city authorities to build an underground school in Kherson. It is planned that 900 children will be able to study in such a school in two shifts.
