The government of Ukraine has signed agreements with the European Investment Bank on the allocation of 300 million euros for the restoration of energy and critical infrastructure. The "transport visa-free regime" with the EU has also been extended.

The Government of Ukraine has concluded three agreements under which the European Investment Bank will allocate EUR 300 million to our country for the restoration of energy and critical infrastructure. Three agreements were signed on this, reported Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal, writes UNN.

We are integrating into the Single European Market. During this visit to Brussels, we signed five agreements with our European partners. Three of them are with the EIB, which will allocate an additional EUR 300 million for the restoration of energy and critical infrastructure.

In addition, two agreements concern joint procurement of medicines and vaccines. Ukraine will also join the components of the Copernicus program, which will contribute to the development of the space industry of our state.

Ukraine has also received EUR 1 billion from frozen Russian assets. We are talking to all our partners about the fact that we need to create a clear legal framework for the full confiscation of Russian frozen assets this year.

Shmyhal discussed with his Belgian counterpart Bart de Wever cooperation between the two countries in the defense sector and increasing joint production.

In addition, Shmyhal reported that the "transport visa-free regime" between Ukraine and the EU has been extended until the end of this year.
