Due to damage to power lines, blackout schedules are still in effect in Kharkiv region and Kryvyi Rih. This was stated by the Ministry of Energy, UNN reports.
GENERATION, TRANSMISSION, CONSUMPTION
Due to network constraints on the transmission system operator's lines, outage schedules were applied yesterday in Kharkiv region and in Kryvyi Rih. The restrictions are still in effect today.
Yesterday, despite the fact that there could have been restrictions on the power grid in the evening, they were not applied to industry.
Consumers' needs were covered by own generation, imports, and emergency aid (from Poland, Slovakia, and Romania). The volume of emergency aid amounted to less than 2% of daily consumption.
There are no plans to call for emergency assistance for the current day. No restrictions are planned for household and industrial consumers (except for Kharkiv region and Kryvyi Rih)
CONSEQUENCES OF SHELLING
Yesterday, a fire broke out at a substation in Dnipropetrovs'k region as a result of a hostile drone attack, damaging equipment and cutting off power to household consumers. The fire was extinguished by the State Emergency Service and all customers were reconnected within a few hours.
Last night, an overhead line was damaged in Donetsk Oblast during a shelling, and one of the mines lost power. At the time, 131 people were underground and all were brought to the surface. Within a few hours, the company was powered up.
